Our holistic team approach to outpatient rehabilitation therapy is based on the unique relationship between the patient, his/her primary care physician and our interdisciplinary staff. An individualized treatment plan is designed to meet the rehabilitation needs of each patient. Our center offers an expert staff of rehabilitation professionals ready to treat patients using the latest in rehabilitative equipment and modalities. Our goal is to return patients to the greatest degree of independence possible.

Specialized Programs Offered:

Hand Therapy Program
A wide variety of specialized services are available for the rehabilitation of hand and upper extremity impairment. Conditions treated include traumatic injuries, orthopedic injuries, burns, industrial accidents, arthritis and progressive neurologic disorders. Fabrication and customized splinting are also available.

Sports Medicine Program
Our sports medicine program consists of both aerobic and resistive exercise utilizing the latest rehabilitation equipment and modalities. Therapy is available for patients of all ages and diagnoses. An athletic trainer is on staff to provide school athletes with therapy after an injury. Our goal is to get athletes back in the game.

Lymphedema Program
A comprehensive treatment of lymphedema (swelling in an arm or leg) can control this chronic problem. Compression garment therapy, exercises, and the fit and wear of a compression stocking can maintain comfort during activities of daily living.

Pain Management Program
For people experiencing acute and chronic pain, our program provides comprehensive evaluation, assessment and rehabilitation. The goal is to minimize the effects of the pain on function and lifestyle and to return the participant to work, when appropriate, and improve the quality of life.

Wound Care Program
Our wound care program provides water therapy, wound debridement, and dressing/bandage changes to enhance the healing of wounds or ulcers. Therapists teach the patient proper self-care techniques to keep healing on-going.
Multiple Therapies
If you need more than one therapy scheduled, we will be pleased to continually arrange them back-to-back for your convenience.
