Huron Hospital is pleased to present “Outcomes,” which highlights the results of the interdisciplinary collaborations among physicians, nurses, and clinical and professional staff in comprehensive diabetes care and emergency and trauma care.

Core values of our departments are to monitor outcomes and assess the quality of care, so that we can continually improve our patient’s lives.

Both the departments of comprehensive diabetes care and emergency and trauma care take a leadership role in making sure families from surrounding communities have access to quality health care. They accomplish that by participating in various community organizations, community health fairs and lectures, school programs and government healthcare initiatives and organizations.

It is our hope that this overview will allow you to consider how Huron Hospital can best serve your patients with diabetes and complications associated with diabetes, as well as those that may present at our hospital for emergency and/or trauma care.
